This is the cake that I decided to dedicate yourself, I hope you like it, I'm passionate about decorating with sugar paste, even if the results are very discrete, but this cake I liked very much, came just like I wanted, simple but ... with all my heart! The roses helped me to make her my friend Raffa , I'm more good at the buds, but ... I'm specializing in fact and I'll show you another short beautiful cake I made for the 50 years of my dearest friend, although I must say the truth, with sugar paste of DECORA everything is much much easier! The cake is a sponge cake made with:

5 eggs 150 g sugar

130 grams of flour

1 piece of salt

the filling is in two layers:

sour cream and chantilly cream chantilly and beans with hazelnut chocolate

for the custard:

500 ml milk 4 egg

4 tablespoons full of flour

4 tablespoons sugar

lemon peel bio

the custard is then mixed with 500 ml of whipped cream, all I have divided it in half and I put in some sour stuffed in the first layer, the second part I put together a few tablespoons ... alas, the latest ... Giffoni hazelnut paste and chocolate beans.

I did not wet the sponge cake because it is very very soft and preparing it a day before the cream goes to dampen making it even softer.

Cara Annamaria spero non ti dispiacerà condividere questa torta con la mia mamma, perchè anche se ho aspettato oggi a postarla proprio per dedicarla anche a te, in verità l'ho preparata per il 16 gennaio, giorno in cui la mia adorata mamma ha compiuto 65 anni e io le ho preparato questa torta con tutto il mio amore per la donna più importante della mia vita, per una mamma che è mamma a 360°, 24 ore su 24 e 365 giorni all'anno, per una mamma, e oggi anche una nonna, che non ci fa mancare mai niente, instancabile, inossidabile e dalle mille e mille risorse...MAMMA SENZA DI TE NON SO COME FAREI, GRAZIE GRAZIE DI TUTTO! E anche se non leggerà mai queste parole, perchè non ha mica tempo da perdere lei con il pc...spero to be able to transmit with my hugs!
