Rate Of Respiration Reptile V Mammal

MASKS AND SUGAR, RICOTTA ... CARNIVAL:)))



With this recipe I would like to participate in the gathering opened, during Carnival 2011, from Saffron Yellow , in collaboration with Tamara and Martina :


L'idea l'ho presa da lei , per realizzare quelle che vedete qui sotto, delle buonissime treccine alla ricotta, ricetta di una Maestro con la M...al posto giusto...MONTERSINO!!!

Ma poi a me piace tanto manipolare gli impasti per verificarne la versatilità, l'elasticità e trovandomi in prossimità del giovedì grasso mi sono subito venute in mente queste formine, ci sembrano delle mascherine vero??? E dite di si dai, che vi costa?


Al mio bambino (ma anche agli adulti della famiglia!) sono piaciute tanto e mi sono sembrate una carina e alternativa idea per i dolcetti di carnevale, tra l'altro molto semplici e davvero veloci da realizzare!


Segnatevi la ricetta che potrebbe tornarvi utile e magari date un'occhiata anche qui :
250 gr farina 00 (IO FARINA CON LIEVITO MOLINO CHIAVAZZA )
250 gr zucchero semolato
375 gr ricotta pecorina (IO RICOTTA VACCINA)
buccia grattugiata di limone e arancia
pizzico di sale
per spennellare:
Uovo battuto o latte
zucchero

Sbattere con una frusta la ricotta con lo zucchero, add flour and baking powder, salt and lemon peel and mix well until a workable dough by hand.
With the help of some flour on work surface and form the loaves by these braids twisting on themselves, or give the form of an 8 for my templates.
Brush with beaten egg or milk as I did, and sprinkle them over so much sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown, about 15 minutes, I made templates cook 10 minutes then I extracted from the oven, brush with honey and sprinkled with colored sugar and then I finished cooking.
