ENZO CASTELLI PORTA LA CULTURA DELL'EMERGENZA IN SENATO

Il Dottor Enzo Castelli ha portato in Senato le tematiche della "Cultura dell'Emergenza", che ad Albano ha visto sempre la Polisportiva Comunale Generale in prima fila.

"Sono qui nella duplice veste di rappresentante del CONACUORE e di Presidente della Fondazione Giorgio Castelli onlus. Doveva esserci Gianni Spinella, ma una grave malattia ne ha impedito la partecipazione; a lui va il nostro pensiero e l’augurio piu’ affettuoso per rapido e completo ristabilimento. Il CONACUORE (Coordinamento Nazionale Cuore) riunisce oltre 120 tra Associazioni e Fondazioni, sparse su tutto il Territorio nazionale, costituite da pazienti cardiopatici e dai loro famigliari. Essi rappresentano la base , l’utenza, il ‘cuore’ di tutto cio’ che gira intorno al cuore stesso. Nel 2001 Gianni Spinella dette un apporto notevole al varo della legge sulla defibrillazione; un impegno ancora piu’ intenso, se possibile, lo ha profuso per migliorarla, ma sino ad oggi senza risultato. Il CONACUORE e’ molto interessato all’approvazione di una nuova legge, ma chiede con forza un provvedimento che sia realmente spendibile su tutto il territorio nazionale, privo di paletti burocratici che ne renderebbero inefficace l’applicazione. Forse il titolo della legge andrebbe modificato in ‘mezzi atti alla diffusione della Cultura dell’emergenza in Italia’. Siamo personalmente convinti che il nuovo provvedimento legislativo debba insinuarsi nel tessuto sociale del nostro Paese: penso al Mondo della Scuola, a quello Sports and that of Labour.
